Awesome Customer Service!
SurePayroll rep, Gina, that helped me today was amazing! I had a confusing issue with State Employment Security taxes (not SurePayroll's fault) and Gina dug into it, found the issue and explained it to me in layman's terms I could understand...she covered not just the "what", but the "why". Gina was very professional and clearly super well versed in the subject (which is hard to find at other companies call-in customer service these days).

Dylan Pratt is my sales rep and he has been great through out this process. We moved from another service and Dylan made it so smooth and made sure everything was set up correctly. Ask for Dylan when you want to add surepayroll! He is the best!!
