Had an exceptional experience thanks to Lauren Broth, who handled my account with expediency and made sure that any mistakes I made were fixed quickly and that my account was up and running in a pretty tight window. Highly recommend sure payroll, largely due to Lauren's efforts.

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service! I had Sequana W.. I called in to cancel bc I closed my business last year. She was nice and helpful. I loved working with this company. If I ever own another company Best believe Sure Payroll will be my First choice.

I hate doing payroll

Heidi Vassack has been amazing to work with in setting up our payroll account. She is very responsive, always emailing or calling back promptly. I feel like she is really looking out for our organization! She is patient, explains things clearly and knows how to solve any challenges that have arisen.
