What do you like best? Ease of access to process payroll and get employee documents What do you dislike? Verification does not last more than 1 log in on my computer What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? So easy to give secretary/payroll administrator access to run payroll.

Friendly software

What do you like best? This is friendly software and comfortable to use. What do you dislike? Issue TAT time is huge and some addition feature they charge huge. Recommendations to others considering the product This is very friendly and comfertable software for payroll. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? They resolve my tax notice problem very smoothly and it help us to work on the notices.

Excellent payroll service for me

What do you like best? It is as easy as advertised to run payroll, add contractors/employees, view employee records, etc. What do you dislike? I constantly am being asked to either authorize my computer (which I use all the time, yet it must not recognize it... or change my password (have changed my password at least 5 or 6x in a year. One of the best payroll system out there

What do you like best? I really like how quick and easy it is to use the SurePayroll system. The tabs are not hard to find. I can review the payroll and see just how much taxes have to be paid. As a business spending to much time on tasks is not good. I need to quickly run payroll and get back to my job.
