Overly complicated for my needs

What do you like best? I like that Sure Payroll took away much of the tax process in paying payroll for my nanny. I didn't have to do much beyond inputting hours and her hourly rate. What do you dislike? I dislike that I was not able to do payroll and write a check for the same date. I had one employee and wanted her hours to be up to date. Easy to use

What do you like best? Online interface makes payroll quick and easy. What do you dislike? chat support is difficult sometimes to fix problems. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Payroll. Time is freed up.

What do you like best? Surepayroll has a good back-end system and their front-end customer support is excellent. There are not typically long wait times to talk to a payroll agent and they are all helpful. What do you dislike? Surepayroll has difficulties negotiating or complying with state tax law and regulations in smaller states (such as Rhode Island and Massachusetts. What do you like best? Entering payroll information is quick and easy. What do you dislike? Fixing errors is not very easy, and generally costs extra. Recommendations to others considering the product Great benefit at a great cost! What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Time saving for payroll entry, tracking employee attendance, payroll reports and filing of taxes!

What do you like best? Quick and easy! Anytime I have needed support, they are easy to contact and helpful. What do you dislike? I really can't think of any problems I've had. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Taxes are already set up without problems along with ease of adding 401 K.

What do you like best? Ease of website use. Good response when I need help. What do you dislike? I can’t think of anything I dislike. This is my second time using SurePayroll and I won’t leave again.
