Easy to use, great customer service
What do you like best? I like that you can easily call a human and get an answer! What do you dislike? I think the "account freezing" charge of $20 is a bit steep. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Not having to deal with running my own deductions, taxes, etc. It does the hard work for me.

Could use improvement
What do you like best? The ability to sign in and pay someone right away What do you dislike? The interface isn’t always user friendly. I usually have to call support for help which takes time out of my work day. It would also be nice if there was a way for my employees to receive pay stubs automatically with each payday. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I don’t have an answer for this

Works perfect for me!
What do you like best? I feel like someone's got my back and the SP helps to keep me informed in a timely way about changes or deadlines coming up. What do you dislike? I can't think of anything. The service is very good and I have never had a problem. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Small staff so need to make our resources work for us. SurePayroll frees up admin and program staff to do the work that helps propel our mission.

Amazing customer service and an easy to use product
What do you like best? Their customer service as every bit as good as they claimed and then some. The product was pretty easy to use and when I ran into some hiccups they went well beyond I expected to address it. I use it to pay our nanny, so I'm about as small of a customer as they can have, but I'd never know it by how responsive and helpful they are. What do you dislike? They do require you to do some of the sign-up work yourself with the state/local governments, which for non-HR ...

What do you like best? I like the online access as well as the simple employee setup. Employees like online viewing of their payroll information. What do you dislike? I would prefer more flexibility in interfacing with internal Excel Spreadsheets. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
