What do you like best? The only thing I have found to like since working with Surepayroll is the look and design of their software. This is what probably pulled me into choosing them for my payroll. so far it is pretty good
What do you like best? All taxes for employer and employee are calculated, paid out to the IRS automatically What do you dislike? the charge to cancel a payroll once it is approve, but then I have not do it but find that it is pricey. What do you like best? SurePayroll made it easy to pay my nanny "above board". I would definitely recommend as the service was very user friendly and cost effective. What do you dislike? Great software and support
What do you like best? The friendliness and knowledge of the staff assigned to your company to get you through all the steps necessary to deliver a successful payroll. What do you dislike? Nanny Payroll in a few clicks
What do you like best? Once everything was set up in the system, it takes me less than 2 minutes to process our nanny’s biweekly pay. For a household of two full time working parents I’m happy with how easy it is and that SurePayroll takes care of the details. What do you dislike? Time Saver
What do you like best? I like the fact that I don't have to worry about all the extra stuff that comes with running payroll i.e. the taxes, the deadlines, the reports. Sure Payroll does it all so I can get back to work running my businesses literally in mins and like many small business owners also working in it as well. What do you dislike? I wish SurePayroll would not automatically calculate the PTO hours. In my case it is unhelpful as I front load my employees PTO for a set amount ...

I Love SUrePayroll
What do you like best? SurePayroll is simple, yet thorough. At a reasonable price too. What do you dislike? Perhaps that I have to pay for support with a real person but the answers I am looking for are usually somewhere online. Just takes some time to find. Excellent customer service
What do you like best? Whenever I have a question about anything, the customer service representatives are always very helpful and knowledgeable, whether it is via phone or chat. What do you dislike? When new state laws are enacted, it can be difficult to understand how it affects my small business and the customer service representatives are unable to answer my questions specific to my state. Good service
What do you like best? Great for small company and easy to resolve small issues What do you dislike? I'd like to have someone locally whom I can sit down with to ask questions. Recommendations to others considering the product: Easy to try. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We don't have to write checks anymore and tax information is dealt with automatically.
