What do you like best? It's easy, quick, and inexpensive. The customer service is great and helpful. I had never had employees before let alone set up a payroll system and the team got me plugged in quickly and courteously. I'm sure that I had some pretty dumb questions but they answered them all wonderfully. The system always works when I need it and the automatic payroll is exceptionally convenient. What do you like best? I just switched last month. They are extremely helpful over the phone and switching was very easy. I just completed my first payroll and it took all of 5 minutes. What do you like best? Having had a horrible experience with ADP, I was very impressed with the ease of setup and the patience with which SurePayroll answered my questions. And the price was very very affordable. What do you dislike? There is nothing to dislike about SurePayroll service. Customer service and support has been great. Simple and straightforward

What do you like best? I can see my check right when I log in. All of the information that I need is readily available on the first page. I can also visit and edit my profile easily. What do you dislike? I currently don’t have any dislikes for the software. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I can see my check information before it’s deposited into my bank account.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Even with a small firm consisting of several employees, SurePayroll made is so easy on my government and payroll work. I previously had to spend a few hours weekly processing payroll and dealing with pay checks. Thanks to Payroll, I can now input hours and consider that done. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like the convenience and quickness it offers. I can accomplish payroll tasks in around 15 or so minutes. This is a big plus especially when you're running a full-time job and balancing a small business at the same time. I can quickly access my report whenever I need it. What do you like best? The only thing I have found to like since working with Surepayroll is the look and design of their software. This is what probably pulled me into choosing them for my payroll.
