Customer Support Almost Inexistent
What do you like best? If the payroll is set up correctly, processing is easy and you have access to reports immediately. What do you dislike? Not having a customer support representative assigned to your account to help you with adjustments. Once you run and approve the payroll, there is no way you can make adjustments yourself and every time you call customer support you will be talking to a different person. Amazing platform
What do you like best? I have used QB Payroll, Gusto and Zenefits and Sure Payroll is the best. Easy to use and very well supported. The migration was super easy. The support of the product is incredible. The salesperson was honest and was there post-sale as well. What do you dislike? I would like to see integration to Zoho Books as we are looking to migrate that platform in the future. Best Staff Around
What do you like best? The payroll set up was a breeze and the system is super user friendly. But most of all, if something doesn’t work quite right, the staff is really helpful to get things back on track. What do you dislike? I haven’t found anything yet. I think the most difficult part is having a separate sign in for the administor who does the payroll since they also approve the payroll. But really that is such a small thing. What do you like best? Very simple to use and when I have a question. The customer service team is available and helpful. What do you dislike? There was no calculator for salaried employees who missed time off to take away days of work they shouldn't get paid. I had to call in and customer service help me figure it out. What do you like best? Ease of use, self explanatory, good customer service What do you dislike? Figuring out different tax ein and other required tax forms/numbers.
