What do you like best about Supermetrics? I'm using Supermetrics for 4 years and the best option is that i can download the data directly to Microsoft Excel, than i can do with the data almost everything. What do you dislike about Supermetrics? I think that there are no things that I dislike. There is only one little issue with the shortcut in Excel. What do you like best about Supermetrics? Supermetrics for Google Data Studio has been a great linker for our team between for Bing. The setup & interface for linking accounts was super intuitive and I couldn't fault the setup process. What do you dislike about Supermetrics? The only bad thing I can say about this is that there isn't a lower usage plan, it goes straight from 1 to 10 connectors, if there were scaling price points between these, it would be great. "Good, but expensive"

What do you like best about Supermetrics? A lot of different connectors with all possible variables. What do you dislike about Supermetrics? We had some problems when some variables changed automatically and the whole report crashed. I feel like this could have been tackled automatically. What do you like best about Supermetrics? The ease of use versus writing our own API queries is hugely time saving. Saves lots of time manual reporting. Great integration with datastudio and updates are timely What do you dislike about Supermetrics? Segmenting out licences between sheets and datastudio - its a shame these have to be paid for separately. The functionality around updating queries could be a bit clearer, sometimes you end up updating the wrong query. Also the fact that when ...

What do you like best about Supermetrics? Supermetrics pulls the data needed for me to set up daily monitoring reports to save time for monitoring accounts. What do you dislike about Supermetrics? The learning curve is a little steep when starting. What problems is Supermetrics solving and how is that benefiting you? I am able to automate daily dashboards for all my clients.

What do you like best about Supermetrics? Automation and reduce a great of errors/hours because of manual work. What do you dislike about Supermetrics? Sometimes it cannot get all the data from the datawarehouse. I needed to wait a few hours to refresh supermetric again so it can run properly. The platform is easy to use, and since it's pretty stripped-down and simple, it allows for a lot of customization and no-nonsense configuration to help keep you on track. What do you dislike about Supermetrics? Some queries can take quite a bit of time, and there are times where queries won't refresh properly without sending the configured error message email. It occasionally gets glitchy when an account needs to be re-verified. What problems is Supermetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?
