What do you like best about Supermetrics? Supermetrics uses exactly the same terms as media tools, it makes our day-to-day life easier. What do you dislike about Supermetrics? Sometimes it happens that Supermetrics drops some fields or disconnects some accounts unexpectedly. This ends up hurting our reports. Links to platform data can break when logins change, so more alerts on this would be ideal What problems is Supermetrics solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Supermetrics? Leveraging programs we are already familiar with (Google Sheets) and being able to automate reporting. What do you dislike about Supermetrics? In order to get the data you are looking for it does take more time during setup. What problems is Supermetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?
