What do you like best about Supermetrics? It's useful for connecting our data in Looker Studio from multiple accounts and ad platforms. It's saved us time and freed up more room for higher priority work. What do you dislike about Supermetrics? It's a bit more complex than you'd like when blending multiple data sources, and would expect the platform to do more of the heavy lifting for you. What do you like best about Supermetrics? Most connectors are available, from website to social to DSP's. Also, there is a separate Supermetrics connector for Google Analytics which also includes Assisted Conversions. This is not possible with the standard GA connector. What do you like best about Supermetrics? The ease of cleaning and sorting data is what I like the best. It is easy to use and see the fields. What do you dislike about Supermetrics? I don't particularly appreciate how I cannot preview the data fields until they are updated in the report. Hard coding of the data could also be improved. What do you like best about Supermetrics? easy to pickup for people who doesn't have coding or API experience, a wide variety of data sources What do you dislike about Supermetrics? sometimes it's a bit buggy, dimension and metrics doesn't work properly, needs to recreate all queries when transferring queries to another account,would like to have more frequent scheduled refresh What problems is Supermetrics solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Supermetrics? Very clean and sleek interface, easily customizable data pulls and formatting What do you dislike about Supermetrics? There are always errors on account access and invalid credentials. Do note this is a shared account handed over to me. What problems is Supermetrics solving and how is that benefiting you? Easily pulling metrics across all platforms onto google sheets for easy understanding of data. Use it for building spend and performance trackers.
