SumUp has very poor communication with inquiries. My business is an LLC and I changed bank accounts. They said to send them my statement so I did. They have my business in their system as Sole Proprietor and refuse to change my bank account because it doesn't match what they incorrectly put in their system. I have emailed them over a dozen times asking if they will mail my payment but they will not respond. The only response I received is to send a bank statement and then that they can't ...

Nothing is easy with this app
Nothing is easy with this app. Why do I need to login through the web to download a damn statement. Why is the term statement used where your offering receipts and invoices. Not user friendly at all. I will be changing over to an actual bank as I dont have the brain capacity for this.

I feel disgusted with them
I feel disgusted with them. I’ve been working with them for over a year and yesterday they’ve decided to cancel my account out of the blue: no explanation or nothing. I am the ONLY PERSON who runs that account. And the only 2 options that they give me is: hold my funds for 2 months and then send it to a bank account or refund the money to customers (that they have already used services). Is this for real?
