I requested to change e-mail and get account permanently closed down
I requested to change e-mail for my account. After providing the identity document and running through the verification in the app, what their response is directly closing my account, without specifying any reasons and saying this is a final decision and no appeal can be made.

I have been using sumup terminal for 3…
I have been using sumup terminal for 3 months. They randomly closed my terminal without any notice. Cannot receive any payments. I contacted customer support and they said I need to update my business details. All is submitted several times. Please stay away from this provider. This has caused me big problems when clients wants to pay through SUMUP SOLO terminal
