Online store ongoing payment issue
I was happy with the online store facility until last month. However suddenly my customers can't pay me anymore through the online store. Just getting a payment error screen saying payment could not be processed after entering card details. Customers told me, I tested it with deferent cards and wrote to chat and support e-mail several times, sending screenshots etc on their request. Three weeks now and no reply, no explanation. DO NOT USE SUMUP UK, PLEASE NEVER USE THEM, THEY WILL LET YOU ACCEPT PAYMENT, ASK YOU FOR INFORMATION, AND IF YOU ASK THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT TO TAKE ACTION, THEY WILL GET GRUMPY AND HOLD £740+, DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE USE SUMUP, RUN AND SAVE YOURSELF. Customer service slow and unresponsive
Customer service slow and unresponsive. Reluctant to take on responsibility for problems and then very slow to offer any help to solve problems. Disappointing overall for a business customer support.
