Very helpful 90% of the time. Although I wanted to change delivery address before pdq was shipped. The person I spoke to said no probs and would advise of new address but clearly forgot to do so as it went to old address

Very easy to deal with, and prompt sending through machines so within 2 days of deciding to switch to SumUp we had taken our first payment. Payment processing is very fast too which is great for customers and us alike.

FULL MARKS so far
Arrived within two days of ordering, simple and easy to understand instructions I have only made trial purchases but all three machines processed each very quickly, funds in my account within a couple of days and statements etc very clear and professional. I have not yet tried the machines in the environment they will be operating but hopefully they will be ok. A better product than I expected for the price.

Sumup 3G
This is my first card reader! So glad I chose Sumup. I bought the 3G reader with printer. So easy to use and extremely well made! No need to connect to your phone which is big plus! Payments paid into my bank within 2 days. Roughly every £5 they take 8p which is extremely good. So far very pleased with the Sumup, just wish I had bought one sooner as my sales look like they will increase over the few months due to the fact I now take card payments.
