5 stars is overrated but coming close.
5 stars is overrated. There can always be a problem. But in the 3 years that we use Sum up we can only be positive about them. They replaced a broken terminal without charge and within 48 hours. They are reachable when you need help and willing to find a budgetfriendly solluction for your business.

I’ve been using Sum Up for a relatively short period of time as a small business and therefore need confidence in a financial services product such as the Card Reader. Sun Up has been wonderful. It’s easy to set up, clear to use and the support they have provided has been first class. I needed support when learning about transactions and they were quick to respond and very helpful.

Sum up are great
Sum up are great. Very easy to use and their charges are competitive with others offering a similar service. My interactions with their customer service team has always been helpful too. Happy to use them and would recommend them to others.
