Most innovative Card Processing option available on the market. SumUp have surpassed all their competitors with the many new Products they have launched to compliment their existing range. The new POS option offers an Integrated Hardware and Software solution that is difficult to find through a single provider and their Contactless payment processing options are the most innovative available.

Excellent
Excellent! Received my sum up machine within 2 days. Unfortunately the first day I used it I dropped it on a concrete floor and it broke . I spoke to Sum Up who were very understanding and although dropping my machine isn’t covered under a warranty they a agreed to give me a discount on a new one. I foolishly didn’t enter the discount code correctly and ended up paying full price - Sum Up then went out of their way and refunded me the difference. Excellent!! Highly recommend

Not received upgrade
The unit worked fantastic then was hit and miss but I was happy with it. Decided to upgrade and paid the money but have not received the unit. I have emailed 4 times and haven’t received one response from my emails. As we are still trying to recover from COVID 19 it’s important I have a reliable card machine as I am opening my business in a week. I am wanting to take card payments only. I just find their customer service non existent. If they would reply it would be a lot less frustrating. ...
