So easy to set up
So easy to set up. I had an initial problem with my unit charging (I’m not techie) this was easily resolved over the phone by their fantastic customer service. I can highly recommend. I bought my equipment because of the excellent independent reviews.

My mistake
Had to return the machine as i ordered wrong one, so easy to send back just a single email to them and they sorted everything. Right lets see if i get it right this time. Already got the small machine which is fanastic while out on calls, just want the next one up now for the shop, they are so easy and cheap to use no monthly rental brilliant idea just connect to wifi.

I was having trouble pairing to my device so spoke to sumup that were so helpful and efficient they told me how to do it so I understood and went through it with me step by step which was great. Just not sure this unit will be for me as I want it more instant as I don't have the time or my client to wait for the machine but will give it a go for another week and see how I feel then

Sum up card
I ordered the new sum up card and was surprised just how quickly it came and the ease to activate.Within 24 hours my takings was on my new card.So impressed would highly recommend to business and I can see how it helps my cash flow.
