Have used SumUp for years for my business and it’s perfect. Customer service helped me get my money back from a scammer who used my card. They were excellent

Great overall BUT I have reader and printer and patchy 3g reception but cannot use printer when running WIFI mode only Not my printer was told it does not do that yet and they are working on it ?

I picked sum up cos of its low rate
I picked sum up cos of its low rate and every time I had an issue or problem. The response and help has been quick. Which is what you need when dealing with transactions etc

Sumup reader is so simple to set up and use and the range of payment options makes it so flexible to run my business. The ability to send payment links via text and social media as well as generate invoices with embedded payment links is so useful. Fees are reasonable and funds are in my account within three days of initial transaction. Very satisfied customer.

I am one of the first to use this…
I am one of the first to use this product and have watched it evolve over many years. It is an excellent product for small business and sole traders. Everyone wants to use cards these days especially after COVID 19 because you don't know where the cash has been. It's cheap as well.
