My wife purchased a SumUp 3g card…
My wife purchased a SumUp 3g card reader with printer and when I printed out the 1st receipt it had our home address on it and we wanted the shop address but did not know how do this. I emailed Sumup receiving the initial email back right away telling me that they are dealing with my problem and within half an hour I received an email with the solution and it was spot on, great customer service.

Sumup refreshingly good service
only started using Sumup but their friendly and very non corporate approach is refreshing to deal with, prompt customer service too

My card reader wouldn't work
My card reader wouldn't work. I requested a solution and received a new one in 3 days. I had a problem with the procedure for returning the old one which was solved immediately via email. Fast service and efficient - I was surprised that a completely online experience would go so easily but it did!

SumUp 3G
I bought a SumUp 3G reader because none of the non-3G readers will connect to my phone - it's great, works anywhere without having to rely on a phone or wifi. Any queries I've had have been resolved super quickly too. Would definitely recommend.

Great product
Great product, customer service excellent when problems occur. The whole concept of the facility is brilliant, the payments are send to then bank within 2 days max a lot quicker than most others, charges for the facility are reasonable & dashboard is very easy to navigate
