Onboarding nightmare
We had an onboarding issue that I don't believe was very well explained. Anyway fast forward 12 months and the account is blocked. It then took 3 days to sort it out, when really it should have taken an afternoon at best. Delays in responding from SumUp meant that we lost a couple of days worth of takings that make a difference to a small sports club like ourselves.

acquiring the card machine was as simple as SumUp describes it. it was absolutely straight forward and the machine was up and running in minutes of set up. my business has started receiving payments on card and its not complicated at all
