SumUp for church online
Recently selected and set up SumUp as our transaction processor for online donations to our church, using Give a Little as a front end. The Dashboard and various menu options seem very clear and useful. There is even a facility to set up products that can be displayed on a tablet via an app and these, together with donations, can be taken contactless or chip and pin with a card reader. Using sum up recently
Using sum up recently If the machine is good and services good Some problems with no payement on bank account. Twice. Missing paiement. Very difficult to prove by accounting because paiement arrive randomly and in disorder I give another week then I will change for another Company who pay sooner and clearer

Well Satisfied. From the offset of using SumUp card…
From the offset of using SumUp card reader, we have had a few teething issues where some card payments have taken several attempts but eventually gone through. From this I contacted SumUp whom addressed the issues and made recompense by giving us 3 days FREE payments over a weekend which is a big saving. We are very impressed by the after care service also and that a timed phone call was on time and very knowledgeable staff member helping. Well done SumUp. (BOBDANGJ Ltd)

Card reader broke down
Card reader broke down, emailed support team got an answer within 30 min, 15 min later the whole issue was resolved and a new card reader issued. Fabulous.

needing help from a person not ibot
I can not fully rate as only got this today, I need some advice and the ibot was not helpful. 1. how to I get money that is pain to me from sum up or does it just go into my bank once cleared. 2. This one I really would like help with, I would love to use the online shop with sumup and have read/watched loads of info but can not follow this as I have no button that says go to online shop HELP please ty
