My card reader just stopped working and…
My card reader just stopped working and said it was blocked and to contact support to which I done it was extremely helpful send me a new card reader the very next day which helped my buisness to continue to assisting and helping my customers very pleased

I wrote a note to SumUp telling them how happy I was with them! They sent me a $40 credit!!! I feel like this industry is one that doesn't give small businesses a break, but SumUp has a fee structure that gives us little guys a fighting chance!! I highly recommend them if you are a small business!

Faulty Reader replaced Efficiently
Card reader unit went faulty. After a long period of satisfactory operation it became increasingly difficult to connect to my phone eventually failing. Support diagnosis was clear and a no-quibble decision made to replace the reader was a breeze of fresh air! Replacement arrived very promptly and the returns process for the faulty unit was both clear and simple. Back in operation in 3 days. Excellent Service.

I hadn't used my sump air since march…
I hadn't used my sump air since march and I was unable to connect it to my phone. Emailed the support team and within 12hours I had a response and a solution. I had actually worked it out for myself before the response but I was pleasantly surprised by the speed and clarity of the answer. Thanks
