Absolutely love Sumup
Absolutely love Sumup. Recently tried the invoice section and wow so easy to use and also very professional looking. And as for the charges!! What can I say - kicks PayPal and all other online charges in the teeth 🦷

Good rates, convenient, simple, user friendly. Customer service is great. Very friendly. Terminal can be Fragile sometimes so you have to take care of it. But in fairness, replacement terminal is cheap and sumup are excellent with reimbursement (under warranty).

Excellent customer service
Received my Air and 3g printer bundle. Couldn't get the Air to pair with my Moto phone. Called support at 1800 and the agent talked me through it and after changing a setting solved the problem. Today I noticed I'd been charged the full price for the printer instead of their special offer. Called cust service and got refund very easily. Have made 2 small transactions and all seems very easy to work. Early days but very pleased with Sumup
