Excellent experience with Sumup
All my interaction with Sumup (their machine, Sumup Invoice and all their service), is super-simple, quick and very efficient. I hear other people complaining about their non-Sumup devices but I've never had anything to complain about. Very happy and happy to recommend.

Busy Busy Sorted!
Busy Saturday a.m. But to be fair most call centres always are, probably staff working remotely due to pandemic. Eventually got to speak with a person not a robot and my issue was solved. Cheers!

My SumUp Experience
I have been using my SumUp Card Reader for almost a year and can say that it is great. I have had very few connection problems and the system works well, can be managed perfectly for your business. I really like that SumUp updates regularly so you are at sure that its safe and secure. Payments are made quickly and the cost of the system and charging is excellent in comparison to other readers.

Not quiete right for our business
We' ve been using Sumup with printer almost 3 months at the caffe shop.Its printing very slow ,and it cant be connected with the Epos system we have to add the amount manually and often payments re declining not giving a proper warning easily we miss payments during the peak hours (min twice a day ).So it may be good at slow pace businesses .Other than that its great fee for small retail sales. Hope it helps
