My only complaint is that you should…
My only complaint is that you should make it clear that you require further information to register the product at the time of purchase and not after you start using it however now it’s done I can use the unit as and when required

My device was blocked
My device was blocked. I contacted support they were very quick to reply and solved the issue immediately by sending me a new card reader.
