I had to contact Sumup as I was unable to activate my account. The customer service team member was courteous and professional and was able to deal with my query promptly. I was not waiting hours to speak to someone, my call was answered very quickly

This little machine has been a God send…
This little machine has been a God send during a difficult year of trading. Initially changed to sumup as a cost cutting exercise away from the big banks, but it immediately came into its own when we had to rely solely on doorstep deliveries during lockdown. Would definitely recommend.

I contacted SumUp due to an issue with my machine. My call was answered very efficiently, a new machine was sent out and I received it this morning as well as organising my return of my faulty one. Highly impressed. Excellent, would highly recommend this company.
