JUST PATHETIC!!!
JUST PATHETIC!!! Pathetic customer service. we have been using Sumup for nearly a year and it's the first time we had an issue with our app/ hardware. The printer gets disconnected after one or two transactions and cannot print the customer's receipt. We have to restart the app again and again several times a day to carry on our work. tried to contact customer service for over a week and nobody knows how to resolve the issue. We were transferred and given 5 different numbers to ring and ...

Scam behaviour for business account
The business account people are witholding a payment made to me from my clients, and are asking for personal client details before they will release my money . Every other bank in the world communicates the info SumUp are asking us to provide, electronically as part of the transaction process. SumUp are either witholding our money for their own purposes or they are genuinely ignorant of how banks work. Banks also check on payments leaving the account, such ridiculous stringent checks are ...
