Useless chat bot feature!
I wanted to get support (during business hours) and I didn't want to talk to a bot as I knew it wouldn't be able to help. When I typed "talk to an agent" and then "get help from a real person" the chat bot simply ended the chat! This is a feature that's been designed by a human, What kind of human thinks it's acceptable to treat customers in this way? I've deleted my account off the back of this experience.
