Perfect system
Perfect system not only in the shop but also on the road. Very long batterie life as well. Useable on several devices: iPad, iPhone ect.

I’ve just received the sum up card…
I’ve just received the sum up card reader and we used it at one of our craft markets. The set up was very user friendly and we had no issues apart from losing Bluetooth connection. This was rectified very quickly following the user guidance online. I would definitely recommend sum up.

Reliability issues when they’re servers…
Reliability issues when they’re servers go down resulting in the loss of many sales without any explanation. This really should not happen. *responding to there reply - the outage usually lasts hours not minutes and there is no information on what’s happening and when it’s fix - you need to use your Twitter to update real time on what’s happening. Seems like your growing to fast and can’t keep up with the customer support anymore as very difficult or time consuming to get hold of anyone ...

Good company to deal with
Good company to deal with, I decided it ultimately wasn't for me but easy sign up easy divorce, so all good. Start up businesses could do far worse than using sumup, believe me, I have!

Card machine became a must due to covid
I own a tiny beauty salon' and due to cost I always took cash only. Banks were closing and I started thinking about card machines.. then came covid ..after the first lockdown it was clear people didnt want to use cash or cash machines I also didnt want to que up to bank money ..I was recommended sumup by a hairdresser freind ..its really easy to use .. no fee if you lockdown or close for any reason just pay as you use it I get daily emails, on the whole it works really well it can at times ...

Move to SumUp!
Moved to SumUp as an alternative and I am not sorry I did. The App is straight forward and easy to use, as is the website pages. Everything is explained and easy to follow. The card machine is excellent quality and simple to pair to my iPhone. Works a treat so far and no issues. At a fault of my own I had to contact customer services. I got a quick reply and a quick fix to my mess up. Thanks SumUp!

Prompt solution to invoice hiccup.
I was delighted to contact a very helpful and patient customer service member at Sum Up who successfully progressed a prompt solution for me regarding invoices. The whole experience now runs seamlessly making customer invoicing a pleasure.
