Excellent
Started fine no issues so pleased. Charge level fell to 31% so put on charge. Checked a short while later and had message "device blocked please contact support" The device has been replaced although the cause of the fault remains unknown as it has not been subjected to either shock or extremes of temperature. Excellent back up service.

My review relates only to contacting Customer Service/help centre as I haven't actually used the SumUp Air yet. I mailed a query to customer service and got a detailed response within about 30 minutes. Impressive!

initial teething problems but spoke to…
initial teething problems but spoke to a really helpful gentlemen who sorted my issues out. When trying the machine however and refunding a transaction no customer copy receipt is being printed so not sure how to overcome this. 3g works perfectly fine saves me for paying business internet which is what i love about this machine and no contract
