Everything was ok up until this week…
Everything was ok up until this week when payouts are taking longer. I still haven’t received my funds from last Friday and I don’t know how they think small businesses can survive when they don’t pay out quick. Time to change to Square I think.

Very helpful response.
I was concerned about an initial delay with "onboarding". The operative who took my call understood my query, immediately accessed my account details, and was as good as his word, in expediting a resolution of the matter.

Been using SumUp for a couple of years…
Been using SumUp for a couple of years now & have had no complaints up until now. Taking a lot longer to reach my account then ever. Took a payment on Friday, now Tuesday & still no funds in my account. Normal week, no bank holidays etc. Think it’s time to look elsewhere. And now tonight I’ve just been paid for a transaction from yesterday but YES you guessed it, still no payment from before the weekend, Now Thursday & still no payment from last Fridays transactions.

Sum up are brilliant
Sum up are brilliant. They answered my question clearly. I never thought having a reader would bring so much business. So easy to use and charges are so small. Well worth it.

The start was difficiel because of connection to be made…
The start was difficult because of the fact that you have to sign up before digital contact is available. This is not mentioned in the packaging with the product (via CoolBlue). After that it was a very nice encounter.
