Not a very good company
Not a very good company , decided to get card reader after recently going self employed Card reader etc easy to use can’t complain But they’ve decided to suspend my account due to not having a website or social media I’m a tradesman who gets paid directly from client and despite email after email sending proof of this there’s totally no correspondence from them I’m now left with a card reader I can’t use Avoid , there customer service is pathetic Richard Ps anyone want to buy a card reader

Had my sumup machine for over a year…
Had my sumup machine for over a year now....while helping another retailer my machine ended up being blocked!!!contacted customer services who turned round and said you gave to buy a new reader!!!! That is bad so be warned have a spare one just in case.

Just a lil holdup
Was just a lil holdup trying to get my funds deposited into my bank. Documents were requested. They were provided and then everything was OK. They took care of it quickly. This is my first week with them and so far so good.
