I originally purchased the Sumup Air, to test the idea. which I struggled with due to losing contact somewhere between the card reader, my phone & Sumup/internet, possibly me being impatient while connecting and/or authorising, or possibly timing up due to inactivity. Expert help and fast service
I called Sum up as we were having problems with our card reader not accepting chip and pin payments. I spoke to an advisor who was very helpful and arranged for a new card reader to be delivered. I received my new card reader quickly and was kept informed by updates on the delivery. Excellent service will definitely recommend Sum Up to others. Kind Regards Lorraine Parkington

I was wrong :(
At first I had an issue, but once it was sorted its been fantastic. So easy to use and you get paid very very fast. I had a moan regarding the £5000.00 limit. Just be aware of this, you must get verified or your machine will just stop working. SumUp stepped up and it all got sorted within hours. I will admit when I am wrong. You will NOT go wrong with SumUp. :)

Trouble creating sumup tiles
When creating sumup tiles, for certain times, they keep swaping around, so that 1.30pm is before 12 30pm, so it then reads 1.30lm 12.30lm 2.30pm, and there is no way to fix this.🤬
