I had a problem with Sumup recently and…
I had a problem with Sumup recently and the bot could not answer the query, so I sent an email and it tokk more than 4 days to get a reply. If I could talk directly to an agent, it would have been solved in minutes rather than days. I would recommend a system whereby a query can be submitted online and if it is appropriate an agent then calls the customer on the phone.

I really pleased with my SumUp…
I really pleased with my SumUp experience. Easy to take payments and with the SumUp card I now pay for items relating to my business without dipping into my household account. Really relaxed using it and now ppl happy to pay on it.

take so long to gate the payments more than 4 days for small business is not very well done when you called customer service after waiting 20 minutes told you we are sorry nobody available to take your call

I applied for a sumup card which never…
I applied for a sumup card which never arrived. I phoned them to find out what happened. I was told the card was posted 25 June is now 14 July. The card was blocked and i was helped to use my app to tranfer the money to my bank account as i needed the funds for my business. Was very happy with quick & friendly service

Great System / Support needs to be quicker
The SumUp system works very well, with reasonable charges for processing, so very happy with the Product. My main concern is the amount of time it took to receive any response. I contacted again via chat after no reply after a week. I was informed I had sent from the wrong email address (although defined on the account). I resent from correct email and was informed it had been highlighted as a priority. It was then still a couple of days before I received anything. Support was good/useful, ...
