Sumup resolved my problem by making personal contact

Sumup resolved my problem by making person to person phone contact and working through the issue until the problem was identified and resolved. I believe the person to person contact reduces stress against other methods and helps the customer relax more knowing some one at the company has made contact.

Sumup card readers

It thought that the help I got from Sumup support was very helpful and straightforward. I have not problem recommending Sumup to other taxi drivers. Who are looking for no fee card readers , as you only pay for the percentage of the card payment

Thought taking Sum up may be of benefit…

Thought taking Sum up may be of benefit at some time, was not sure when, anyway actioned it. Tested it out and seemed very straightforward. Then forgot about it. That was until customer was having trouble getting Pension company to pay them a lump sum as Pension company updating computers 2021. Waited 7 weeks then customer said don't suppose you could take my credit card....... No was initial thought, then I remembered 'Sum Up'. Took it over to customer and 36 hours later account settled by ...

The technician was incredibly helpful…

The technician was incredibly helpful and most patient as she talked me through various processes to try and rectify the problem I had with my reader. I couldn't rate the service highly enough.

EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM SUMUP.

EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM SUMUP. We reached our credit limit on Sumup, which resulted in the machine being turned off. One 'phonecall followed up by an e-mail led to it's immediate reinstatement. Well done to all at Sumup!

Problem with connectivity.

Used to be fine, now only connects via 3G for approx 1 in 10 attempted transactions. Resulting in loss of business. 5 weeks and 5 plus attempts to speak with someone in customer services has resulted in no callback/support as promised on online 'chat' on 2 occasions.
