When ordering from Sum-up a payment declined message came up, tried with a different card, out come unknown to me as it kept telling me payment declined order was in fact excepted x 3. First delivery great was easy to installing and use, second delivery was returned, third delivery was when I was on holiday so it would be automatically returned. Still waiting on refund. Over ordering was the fault of Sum-up web site and has happened to others also waiting on refunds. Impossible to contact ...

I love SumUp
I love SumUp. The best decision I made for my business as it increased my turn over 100% as clients love paying by card. The 1.69% fees are reasonable and the money is often in my bank account within 48hrs. Highly recommend.

I had some confusion with transferring…

Verification halting payments!
Had sum up for just over a week now having left Worldpay, and it was really good and came recommended by several others, however mid a sales day it has stopped working and apparently needs verifying so we haven’t been able to take any further sales which is obviously having a detrimental effect on our business. We have tried to make contact but been told that we should receive an email for verification but we haven’t received it, and have checked our junk mail - but until we do this ...

I had a issue with my device
