Need a quicker response by phone.I wasn't very happy that I had to pay to replace my card reader when it stopped working.update. now received an e mail that it will be replaced free of charge. Thank you sum up.

After an initial slow response to queries, I received prompt and helpful replies about the process for setting up 2 different merchant accounts on the same terminal.

Excellent experience and service delivery. Please my funds was mistakenly to SumUp card instead of my bank account, please cancel that card and transfer my funds to my bank account, I did not requested for SumUp card because many people live in my home, Please I will be grateful if my funds can be transfer to my bank account. I was using Square for over a year and one day out the blue they shut me down saying I needed to now be verified as my transactions had grown substantially. Well my business had grown, go figure ! Screen could be brighter

Love the Sumup 3G machine and can’t wait to use it but….. I took it to its 1st job today and couldn’t see what amount I was entering as the screen wasn’t visible outside. It was midday but not overly bright out. I took it to my van and entered the amount then gave it to the customer but he couldn’t see the screen. He ended up paying me cash as he didn’t want to use it because he couldn’t see how much he was paying. I looked a bit foolish I expect. Just wish you could change the ...
