A genuine first class company
A genuine first class company. Having come from a credit card background in my career this company are extremely professional. Orders of terminals are delivered within timescales. The online accounting system actually works and should you have any questions or if there is a problem with your account the company email and reply within minutes rather than hours. Fully supported by EMV & NFC. Would recommend.

Why wasn't a 4g SIM used
Reader seems good quality. My biggest problem is the 3g connection even in city's the connection is slow up to a minute. Why wasn't a 4g SIM used.

Had 2 card readers fail on the same…
Had 2 card readers fail on the same day-came up blocked. Needed them that same day for business. Contacted SumUp and spoke with lady- very helpful but had to purchase 2 from local store with promise of reimbursement from SumUp. Sent copy of receipt for new readers but was told by one rep I would not be reimbursed. After complaining, Samir stepped in to uphold the reimbursement. Thank you Samir! Feel that all reps should take a leaf out of Samir’s book. I was ready to move my business ...

Woocommerce Plugin does not work
The platform appears great at 1st but then trying to integrate with our website was not an easy task as Sumup have to activate the software on the site. After 48 hours they claimed it was activated....sadly not, when you read the reviews for the plugin on Woocommerce we are not the only ones, they have unanswered queries from 12 months ago....
