Have used it for the first time while…
Have used it for the first time while exhibiting at an Open Studios. A great asset to have, so easy to use, and they only charge you 1.69% per transaction. It is brilliant! Good customer service too, as I have contacted them to find out how the payouts are done.

Happy with sum up
Happy with sum up, cannot always make payments with customers, and takes (i find) too long to get my money. Still, the system works, customerservice is great, app is user friendly, options galore.

SumUp need to bring more clarity before you can receive payments
SumUp need to bring more clarity on the process setting up the account for your business before you can receive credit card payments.
