Excellent product and system for small businesses.
We are a catering company and purchased the Sumup card reader/printer and it arrived promptly. It was a doddle to set up and very easy to use and we were able to take payments without any problems, well thats not quite true because we did have a few declined payments but that led us to discover we had an intermittent internet connection and that of course is nothing to do with Sumup. (Note : we switched from BT to Sky and now all is well) What I would say is Sumup are quite slow to respond ...
