I bought a service from SumUp, Which took a total of 15min. Very easy to understand, all services were clearly described allowing me to pick exactly what i needed. Made payment and was instantly confirmed my Purchase was being prepared. Next day was sent a email that my Parcel was out for delivery to me. Couldn't find my tracking number emailed SumUp support, and within 10 min i was given my tracking number. The service i recieved from SumUp was nothing short of absolute perfection. Keep up ...

Excellent and prompt support service
My business required the use of virtual terminal so payments could be made remotely. All it took to request it, give information and get a final message on completion and instruction was two emails, both of which I received in a day. The support staff were very prompt, knowledgeable and I was frankly very impressed. A fantastic service all round!

Reasonably priced, good service and does the job
We have a SumUp Solo and basically we're pretty pleased with it and the support from SumUp. It does the job, we get paid promptly, the charges are very reasonable and the support seems pretty good - also the basic web sales site provided again suits our basic needs. Our only issue right now, which probably doesn't bother most people, is that the battery only lasts for an absolute maximum of 4 hours, although SumUp tell me they are hoping to introduce a microcode update in the near future ...
