I have called when I want to purchase my card reader and a gentleman had helped me a lot to choose the right machine. I also requested an invoice which I have lost in my email and I got a reply very soon. The best service ever. I recommend to all companies!!

Sumup team to the rescue
I suddenly had a problem sending my invoices. Frustrating to say the least. The team worked continuously to find the cause which has put me back in business, literally. Thanks to the hard working Sumup team with good communication and customer service skills.

Delighted with the service!
I have recently joined SumUp after exhausting myself with trying to open a business account with a high street bank. I am delighted with how straight forward everything seems to be. I have emailed a couple of times, and people respond almost instantly. Really great service.
