Not good for charities
Creating the profile did not cater for charities, I was given a work-around but I was not happy that it would be accepted by our auditors.

I represent a charity
I represent a charity, and, due to people not carrying cash, collecting donations is getting very difficult. A cash card was the answer. Sumup was recommended by our organisation IT guru. After some profile creation hiccoughs which the team helped me overcome everything worked well. I was also happy that the team were on the ball with what they weren't happy with which makes me confident in the product.

We are a co-operative of artisans
We are a co-operative of artisans - did not know how a card reader would go down. It went so well we got lots of new younger people coming to our Friday market. But then the machine would not work and we did not understand why, once you reach a certain amount of transactions SumUp have to verify you are who you say you are. We have no cash machines in the town so some folk did not buy. A customer explained to us you need to contact SumUp and they will ask you to give them more evidence of ...
