I had a problem transferring my first set of money from sum up to my external Business Account, as the message I received was “verification in progress” I rang customer service & got through straight away, I was transferred to the verification department where I spoke to Benjamin, he was very quick & efficient in responding to my problem & sorted the problem straight away. Really works well all the time

Back up and running
At an event my SumUp Air stopped working with a message to call support. The phone was answered quickly..none of this ..you are number 15 in the queue...I was told even though I bought through a third party, if I supplied proof of purchase , the terminal would be replaced. This is excellent customer service.
