Back up and running
At an event my SumUp Air stopped working with a message to call support. The phone was answered quickly..none of this ..you are number 15 in the queue...I was told even though I bought through a third party, if I supplied proof of purchase , the terminal would be replaced. This is excellent customer service.

Poor customer support ????
I bought a SumUp printer for my SumUp 3D card reader. It has worked maybe four transactions before failing to be recognised by the card reader as the word Printer does not appear in the Device menu. I have only ever used the original cable and charger that came with the printer. I have followed all the tips and tricks on SumUp's website to coax the printer to work, followed the instructions of the support staff to the letter and it still does not work. Poor Service Following Change from Debitoor
Absolutely awful customer service Absolutely awful customer service. Following SumUp's aquisition of Debtoor, yesterday I received an email prompting me to 'upgrade' to Sumup from Debitoor's tried and trusted Debtoor platform, which has been flawless. Not great
SumUp is a great service when it works and most of the time it’s trouble free. Unfortunately when it doesn’t work it’s impossible to get to speak with anyone or get them to answer emails or messages. Great shame as with good customer service this would be a five star business

So annoying
So annoying, their website is so slow and won't let me verify my account, as for their app it hardly ever let's me click on buttons and when it does it goes to a blank white screen with the sunup logo, I can't verify my account as I don't have the option so my sunup is basically useless at the moment
