SumUp - change of ownership
Following creation of our Account with SumUp, there was a wish to change ownership from myself to a Director of the business. This was very simple and quick to achieve - and only needed completion of a couple of documents to verify proof of change. Great service from Paulina at the SumUp 'Onboarding Team'.

Well...no payments for me via Sumup for…
Well...no payments for me via Sumup for a month? Why? Normally everything is fine, however I didn't respond to an email asking if I would like a business acct making customer payments that little bit quicker. I called customer services after my wife updated me on the lack of payments for a month and it was rectified quickly, my payments would stay the same moving forward and outstanding amounts we transferred over immediately. However surely not responding to an email which I don't recall ...
