Completely Ripped Off…
I have just been completely ripped off by a SumUp vending machine at Horsham Station. I purchased a £1 packet of doritos and after I got on the train got a SumUp receipt on my mobile for £14. BEWARE!!!

Withholding my money!!
Withholding my money for 9 days now, over two days on chat I was assured it would be paid out by the end of each day - it never was surprise surprise! Also been told it was escalated to the dedicated team for a high priority payout. Will NEVER use this card machine for my business ever again, in fact if I ever get my money then the card machine is going in the bin! This is basically stealing from people, hard working people rely on their own money they have made in their business to pay ...
