Absolutely non existent customer service. Don't answer emails, don't answer phones, don't get back to you once communication has actually began. Dispicable.

I had a problem with one of my SumUp 3G…
I had a problem with one of my SumUp 3G card readers suddenly stopping working altogether. Upon contacting SumUp's support, I was promised a replacement will be sent immediately. I cannot fault their support at all! A++
