Withholding my money!!
Withholding my money for 9 days now, over two days on chat I was assured it would be paid out by the end of each day - it never was surprise surprise! Also been told it was escalated to the dedicated team for a high priority payout. Will NEVER use this card machine for my business ever again, in fact if I ever get my money then the card machine is going in the bin! I had a problem with one of my SumUp 3G…
I had a problem with one of my SumUp 3G card readers suddenly stopping working altogether. Upon contacting SumUp's support, I was promised a replacement will be sent immediately. I cannot fault their support at all! A++
