Do not waste your money on this…
Do not waste your money on this terminal. This awful company shipped out two terminals, both of which didn't work. No real troubleshooting or customer care, just a generic automated email which took 4/5 days to receive after each request. Best thing is by the time you've raised how bad their devices are, your 30 days are up and you can't return.

Sumup close account without warnings and/or reasons
Within giving any reason Sumup instantly close accounts when the first payment has been made. The company is unreliable and not recommended financial transactions.

Sumup stops working phone customers…
Sumup stops working phone customers service to be told I have dropped device which I have not. So told need a new one that will be £25 please. But will send discount code to you that will be £16 just a con to get more money out of you

The card readers are terrible
The card readers are terrible. Lose Bluetooth connection constantly, decline cards, are slow and fragile. A few burnt over night at their charging port. Another will no longer connect to the Sumup servers. Their display isn’t very clear and a lot of customers have to ask me how to use it. I worked with several models of card readers and they all suck.
